United Methodist Youth
We want to connect young people and those in ministries with young people to each other, to the church, and to God. The purpose of the our youth program is to empower young people as world-changing disciples of Jesus Christ, to nurture faith development, and to equip young leaders. We strive to:
- Develop youth/young adult spiritual leaders in our congregation to transform lives by making disciples of Jesus
Christ
- Challenge our Church to embrace, confirm, and celebrate God's call on the lives of young people
- Cultivate and nurture life-giving ministries where influence and worth are not limited by age or experience
- Advocate for the issues and concerns of young people in the church and the global community
- Empower young people to work as agents of peace, justice, and mercy
- Build a network of support and provide resources that connect the diverse experiences of youth and young adults in
local ministries and communities across the globe

Creation (Summer 2008)
On June 25-28, 2008 the 30th Creation Festival was held in the Northeast and several youth from our charge attended the events! Each day of the event is jam packed with music, teaching and activities for all ages including the hottest bands performing on our Main and Fringe stages, Creation Worships tent, seminars, climbing walls, kids activities, vendors, and more!
