Pastor Dennis McCracken

Pastor Dennis L. McCracken was appointed to the Ramey United Methodist Charge as a full-time Local Pastor in July 2004.  Dennis serves the 4 churches on that charge: Allemansville, Smoke Run, Janesville and Ramey.

Dennis began his ministry in 1999 by obtaining his Lay Speaker Certificate. He continued with becoming a Certified Lay Speaker. In July 2003, he was appointed as Co-Lay Pastor at the Mt. Joy United Methodist Church, part-time.  In July 2004, he successfully obtained his Local Pastor License from Drew University in New Jersey.  He has been participating in the Course of Study Program for Local Pastors since the fall of 2004. He attends Seminary at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC.  In 2009, he will complete this program.

Parish Sunday School:
9:00AM - Allemansville

Junior Church:
During adult sermon at Ramey UMC.  Children learn a story, make a craft and have snacks!  See Pam Butler for more information or to volunteer to help!
